We offer private group classes  for women self defense covering topics and techniques from intimidation, partner violence, sexual assault, stranger encounters, kidnapping prevention and other challenges women and young females face today. Group packages are offere

We offer private group classes for both men and women covering topics from assaults, burglary and other dangerous situations that a male and/or females face today. We cover simple self defense techniques and discuss awareness. Group packages are offered

We also offer small classes teaching youth (ages 13-17) specializing in topics such as how to confront a bully, increasing self-image and standing up against peer pressure. Group packages are offered.

We visit businesses who have a desire to educate their employees on safety and basic self defense techniques while on the job or at home. We offer packages for business and other organizations.

We offer private lessons to individuals  who are on the go and who would like one-on-one instruction. Contact Instructor Loftley for personal packages.
